“I purchased an existing Key West-style home on Manasota Key in 2017 that Bayfront Builders had originally constructed back in 2003. Prior to committing to our purchase of this existing home, we were looking to add an addition so we sought out a meeting with Phil Eason, owner of Bayfront, to understand the feasibility of adding an addition.
